  1. An update to this. Time limitations mean I am doing a professional project. My Web 2.0 survey will have to wait although I have designed what I think is an excellent questionnaire!

    Instead I am doing a service evaluation of our PBSGL group. I will do some background reading as part of my literature review and I hope to publish some articles on what I read. Watch this space!
