Jorum is a site for Free Open Educational Resources (OER). OER commons is another.
JISC is another site which is the portal for a huge number of resources. Jorum can be accessed from there. It used to stand for the Joint Information Systems Committee.
Futurelearn is a MOOC site (Massive Open Online Courses) which has some very well known names in the provider list.
St Emelyn’s Blog is, in my opinion, at the forefront of FOAMed certainly in the field of Emergency Medicine. There are some great articles, links and reflective insights published and they use a full palette of Web 2.0 tools to spread it with. I may not be an ED Dr but most of what they publish is worth reading.
